If your setup doesn't allow for a fully separate unit, you can still host flexibly — only accepting bookings on days when no male members will be home. Every booking is confirmed men-free before it's accepted, no exceptions.

That's entirely up to you as the host. Some hosts are happy to offer home-cooked meals, others — working women, senior citizens — may not have the bandwidth to cook, and that's completely fine. Most hosts give some kind of kitchen access, and there are plenty of delivery apps for anything else. Tea, coffee, and a kettle are available at every location. Yes — with a few non-negotiables. Someone needs to physically hand the keys to the guest when she arrives. There also needs to be a female point of contact she can actually call if anything comes up during her stay — that could be you, a neighbour, a family member, or a caretaker, as long as she's a woman. If your property has an on-site caretaker, that caretaker must be female; a male caretaker on the premises is a dealbreaker, regardless of role. The only exception is repair or maintenance work, and only when you the host are physically present. If you're not there, no male personnel on the premises — no exceptions.

Women on our platform pay a premium for guaranteed safety, so your room can earn more than it would on a generic platform — especially for well-kept homes in good locations.

Our team connects with you on a video call and does a walkthrough of the space your guest would use — the room, bathroom access, common areas. We check that it matches the photos you submitted, assess the comfort level, and also look at the surrounding area (lighting, access to public transport). It usually takes 20–30 minutes and we'll schedule it at your convenience.
